A Swing based peer for the AWT menu.

Creates a new SwingMenuPeer instance.
delItem
public void delItem(int index)
Removes a menu item from the menu.

index - the index of the menu item to remove
getY
public int getY()
Returns the Y coordinate of the upper left corner of the menu. This is
used internally by the SwingMenuBarPeer.

setEnabled
public void setEnabled(boolean enabled)
Sets the enabled state of the menu to enabled.
