Class OctetSeqHelper
Provides static helper methods for working with
CORBA sequence of byte
(OctetSeq).
static byte[] | extract(Any a)- Extract the
byte[] from the
given Any.

static String | id()- Returns the agreed Id, delegating functionality to

type().id().

static void | insert(Any into, byte[] that)- Insert into the given
byte[] into the
given Any.

byte[] from the CORBA input stream.

corresponding the CORBA

extract
public static byte[] extract(Any a)
a - an Any to extract the array from.
id
public static String id()
Returns the agreed Id, delegating functionality to
the
type().id().
insert
public static void insert(Any into,
byte[] that) Insert into the given
byte[] into the
given
Any. This implementation first creates
a
OctetSeqHolder and then calls
Any.insert_Streamable(Streamable).
into - the target Any.that - the array to insert.
read
public static byte[] read(InputStream input)
Reads the byte[] from the CORBA input stream.
input - the CORBA (not java.io) stream to read from.
- the value from the stream.
type
public static TypeCode type()
Creates and returns a new instance of the TypeCode,
corresponding the CORBA OctetSeq.
The length of the sequence is left with the initial
value 0.
write
public static void write(OutputStream output,
byte[] value) Writes the byte[] into the given stream.
output - the CORBA (not java.io) output stream to write.value - the value that must be written.
