Arguments and Values::

object—an object.

generalized-boolean—a generalized boolean.

Description::

Returns true if object is of type random-state; otherwise, returns false.

Examples::

 (random-state-p *random-state*) ⇒  true
 (random-state-p (make-random-state)) ⇒  true
 (random-state-p 'test-function) ⇒  false
